A Passion For Dough
At NEW YORK CRAFTED PIZZA & BAGEL DOUGH CO. (NYCPBD), we are passionate about bringing the excellent taste and texture of NYC dough to Puerto Rico. The magic and not-so-secret ingredient of our dough is using water crafted to that of NYC. This simple yet major difference can now allow you the pizzeria, bakery, or restaurant to offer a truly authentic NYC style pizza & bagel.
Fresh Dough Delivered Daily
We take care of sourcing the best ingredients, manufacturing the dough products, and then delivering it to your location fresh daily. This saves you the time and hassle to focus more on your final product. Since our facility is climate-controlled, each batch will be consistently excellent, ensuring you a consistent final product.
Community Involvement
At NEW YORK CRAFTED PIZZA & BAGEL DOUGH CO., we are committed to using a portion of the Dough we receive from "Rollin'-In-Z-Dough" to help fund "Together With Puerto Rico", a charity focused on disaster relief. If the community is hit with disaster again, our water filtration system will help provide the community with fresh drinking water.
